What We Are Looking For
- 4–9 years of hands-on experience managing Digital Marketing, SEO, and Website Growth initiatives for DaaS/SaaS, AI Platforms, B2B Software, or Product-based companies.
- Strong expertise in Technical SEO, Content Marketing, Website Growth, Product Marketing, AEO/GEO, AI Search Optimization, and analytics using GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams comprising SEO Specialists, Technical SEO Engineers, Content Writers, Designers, Developers, and Digital Marketing professionals while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to execute product launches, website optimization, organic growth, and demand generation initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, project planning, analytical, and AI adoption skills with hands-on experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, NotebookLM, and modern marketing automation tools.
Responsibilities
- Own the complete Digital Marketing, SEO, and Website Growth roadmap across multiple DaaS/SaaS products and AI platforms.
- Lead cross-functional teams comprising SEO Specialists, Technical SEO Engineers, Content Writers, Developers, Designers, and Digital Marketing Executives.
- Drive Technical SEO, Content Strategy, AEO/GEO, AI Search Optimization, and organic growth initiatives to improve traffic, product sign-ups, lead generation, and revenue.
- Plan, prioritize, and manage project roadmaps, sprint cycles, timelines, deliverables, resource allocation, and execution plans.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to implement Technical SEO improvements including crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, structured data, website architecture, and JavaScript SEO.
- Partner with Product Marketing teams on product launches, landing pages, messaging, positioning, and digital campaign execution.
- Monitor project KPIs including keyword rankings, AI visibility, organic traffic, conversions, product adoption, and marketing performance.
- Build executive dashboards and reports using GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and other analytics platforms.
- Conduct regular project reviews, quality audits, risk assessments, and stakeholder updates to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor team members, conduct performance reviews, and establish best practices across Digital Marketing and SEO operations.
- Drive AI adoption across marketing workflows using modern AI tools, automation platforms, and productivity solutions.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI Search technologies, SEO trends, automation opportunities, and digital marketing innovations to improve business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Business Administration, or related discipline. MBA Preferred.
- 4+ years of experience managing SEO, Digital Marketing, or Website Growth initiatives for SaaS, AI, or Product-based organizations.
- Strong expertise in Technical SEO, Content Strategy, Product Marketing, Analytics, AI Search Optimization, and Digital Marketing operations.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio, and project management platforms such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Proven success leading cross-functional teams and delivering measurable improvements in traffic, rankings, conversions, lead generation, and business growth.
- Strong understanding of AI-powered marketing tools, automation platforms, and modern SEO technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, AI Marketing, Agile, Scrum, or Project Management certifications will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹700,000.22 - ₹1,300,000.56 per year
