Yonzo Automotives Pvt Ltd is engaged in the manufacturing and export of high-quality motorcycle aftermarket components, specializing in control cables. With operations in Delhi and Dubai, we are expanding our domestic distribution network across key markets in India.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a result-driven Sales Manager based in Indore to expand our distributor network across the belt. The role focuses on appointing and managing distributors, driving sales growth, and establishing a strong aftermarket presence for our control cables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, appoint, and onboard new distributors in Indore and nearby markets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key dealers
- Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Conduct regular market visits to build pipeline and close distribution deals
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and supply
Requirements:
- 3–7 years of sales experience in automotive aftermarket (preferably 2-wheeler parts)
- Strong local market knowledge of Indore & surrounding regions
- Proven experience in distributor appointment and channel sales
- Good negotiation and closing skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively
