Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and performance-driven Performance Marketer to join our team in Agra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns to generate quality leads, improve conversions, and achieve business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
* Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to improve ROI, CPL, and ROAS.
* Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad performance.
* Analyze marketing data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
* Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
* Work closely with the content and design team to create effective ad creatives.
* Track conversions and improve campaign outcomes through continuous testing and optimization.
* Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
Required Skills:
* Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
* Strong knowledge of PPC, SEM, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
* Familiarity with Google Analytics, tracking tools, and campaign reporting.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance targets.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
