GBS IMPEX is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive / Manager to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. The candidate must have proven experience in creating high-performing ad campaigns, audience segmentation, location-based targeting, lead generation, performance tracking, and ROI optimization. The role requires daily monitoring of ad performance, analysis of lead conversions, budget management, and submission of detailed performance reports to management. Key Responsibilities Create, manage, and optimize Facebook, Instagram and Google advertising campaigns. Run lead generation, traffic, engagement and conversion campaigns. Develop country-wise, city-wise, interest-based, lookalike and retargeting audiences. Perform A/B testing and optimize ROAS. Track generated, converted and non-converted leads. Analyse CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM and conversion rates. Coordinate with sales teams to track lead quality. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports. Guide design teams on ad creatives and campaign requirements. Monitor and optimise marketing budgets for maximum ROI. Required Skills Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager. Strong knowledge of Google Ads. Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Knowledge of Meta Pixel and Conversion API. Audience segmentation and remarketing expertise. Strong Excel, reporting and analytical skills. Eligibility Criteria Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads. Proven track record of generating quality leads and improving conversions. Experience handling advertising budgets and performance optimisation. B2B lead generation experience preferred. FMCG / Export / E-commerce industry experience is an added advantage. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of qualified leads generated. Cost per Lead (CPL). Lead-to-client conversion ratio.
