Job Summary
Green Surfer Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, telecalling, client acquisition, business development, and maintaining long-term client relationships while driving sales and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telecalling to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Acquire new clients and expand the company's customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Promote the company's products and services to potential customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM or company records.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
