Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies aligned with brand and
business goals
Plan monthly/quarterly content calendars for multiple clients
Identify trends, formats, and platform updates to keep content competitive
Content & Optimization
Oversee creation of high-quality content (static, carousel, reels, shorts, stories)
Optimize posts using hashtags, captions, timing, and platform best practices
Maintain brand tone, visual consistency, and messaging standards
Platform Management
Manage and grow presence across platforms such as:
o Instagram
o Facebook
o LinkedIn
o X (Twitter)
o YouTube / Shorts (if applicable)
Monitor comments, DMs, and community engagement
Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs: reach, engagement, growth
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
Team Leadership
Guide and mentor juniors
Coordinate with design, video, performance marketing, and branding teams
Review and approve content before publishing
Brand & Reputation Management
Handle brand communication, crisis responses, and audience sentiment
Collaborate with influencers or brand partners (organic focus)
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of social media algorithms
Experience with social media tools (Meta Business Suite)
Analytical mindset with reporting and insight generation ability
Leadership and stakeholder communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple brands/projects
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in agency or fast-growing brand environments
Basic understanding of paid social (for coordination with ads team)
Knowledge of content trends, memes, and cultural moments
Experience working with influencers or creators
