SolarEdge (NASDAQ: SEDG) is a global leader in high-performance smart energy technology, with over 3,000 employees, offices in 33 countries, and millions of products installed in more than 133 countries.
Our solutions include class-leading solar inverters, battery backup systems, EV charging, and complete home energy management ecosystems. With world-class engineering and a relentless focus on innovation, we are helping make clean, green solar energy the primary source of power wherever people live, work, and thrive.
About the Team
Our Analog ASIC group leads chip development at the core of SolarEdge products, working closely with system, software, and hardware teams to optimize performance across the full product lifecycle.
Joining this group means more than designing components — it is an opportunity to shape the entire system through system-level innovation and end-to-end ownership, from specification to real-world implementation.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Analog Engineer to design and develop complex analog and mixed-signal ICs for SolarEdge’s advanced renewable energy products.
In this role, you will help turn advanced analog design into reliable, scalable technology that supports the global transition to renewable energy.
Responsibilities
-
Define system-level analog architecture and IP specifications based on product requirements.
-
Develop analog, mixed-signal, and power IP, including ownership of analog subsystems and chip top-level integration.
-
Verify designed IP, subsystem, and chip top-level functionality using transistor-level and mixed-signal analog-to-digital simulations.
-
Define layout guidelines and perform layout reviews for analog, mixed-signal, and power IP.
-
Perform post-silicon IP design validation in the lab.
-
Support product engineering to meet manufacturing and production needs.
