Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Lead Generation Specialist with 3+ years of experience in running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating high-quality leads, managing advertising budgets, and improving campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Generate quality B2B and B2C leads through paid marketing channels.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum lead conversion at an optimal cost.
- Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor and improve CPL (Cost Per Lead), lead quality, and conversion rates.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform-specific tracking tools.
- Create remarketing and retargeting campaigns to increase lead conversions.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights through weekly and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to create effective ad creatives and landing pages.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Lead Generation through paid advertising.
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong understanding of lead funnels, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM integrations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns and lead generation projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads or Meta Certifications will be an added advantage.
- Experience in generating leads for Finance and Interior Designer
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
