Bhavik Enterprises is a division of Abir overseas USA which is fast-growing global plastics raw materials trading and recycling company with operations across India and North America.
We specialize in sourcing, trading, recycling, and distribution of plastic raw materials including PVC, LDPE, HDPE, PP, PET, engineering plastics, compounds, regrinds, and recycled polymers.
As part of our expansion strategy, we are looking to strengthen our market presence across North India by hiring an experienced industry professional with strong relationship-building and business development capabilities.
Role Overview
This is a field-oriented strategic business development role focused on expanding supplier relationships, identifying sourcing opportunities, strengthening market presence, and developing long-term industry connections across North India.
The ideal candidate should already have experience and networking within the plastics, polymers, recycling, or raw materials ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with suppliers, recyclers, converters, traders, and industrial customers
- Identify sourcing and business opportunities in the plastics and recycling industry
- Conduct regular market visits and factory meetings across North India
- Build strong market intelligence regarding pricing, competition, and industry trends
- Support business growth initiatives for both domestic and international markets
- Coordinate with India and North America teams for commercial execution
- Represent the company at industry meetings, exhibitions, and networking events
- Generate long-term strategic business opportunities and partnerships
Candidate Requirements
- 3–10 years of experience in plastics / polymers / recycling / raw materials industry
- Existing network and market knowledge in North India preferred
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and commercially focused personality
- Comfortable with extensive travel and field work
- Good understanding of industrial business culture and customer handling
- Hindi and English communication required
