- Design and develop BESS, inverter/PCS enclosures, electrical panels, frames, brackets, doors, and sheet-metal components.
- Create 3D CAD models, assemblies, manufacturing drawings, and detailed BOMs.
- Perform structural, thermal, and mechanical design calculations.
- Design for manufacturability, assembly, serviceability, IP protection, and cost optimization.
- Coordinate with electrical, thermal, manufacturing, and sourcing teams for product integration.
- Work with vendors on prototyping, fabrication, DFM, and design validation.
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and continuous product improvement.
