Experience Required: Minimum 4+ years in MEP works, preferably in the construction industry
Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at construction sites.
- Review MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents before execution.
- Coordinate MEP activities with civil, structural, architectural, and other project teams to avoid clashes and execution delays.
- Monitor the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical, plumbing, firefighting, HVAC, and other MEP systems.
- Ensure all MEP works are executed according to approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Prepare material requirements and coordinate with the Procurement and Stores teams to ensure timely availability of MEP materials.
- Review material submittals, technical datasheets, shop drawings, and method statements.
- Supervise MEP subcontractors, vendors, and site teams and monitor their daily progress and productivity.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements.
- Identify technical issues and site constraints and coordinate with consultants, clients, and project teams for timely resolution.
- Monitor project progress against the approved MEP schedule and take corrective actions to avoid delays.
- Verify subcontractor measurements, work completion quantities, and MEP bills in coordination with the Quantity Surveying and Billing teams.
- Ensure proper testing, inspection, documentation, and approval of MEP installations at each stage of construction.
- Coordinate testing and commissioning activities and ensure proper functioning of all MEP systems before project handover.
- Prepare and maintain MEP progress reports, inspection records, testing reports, material records, and other project documentation.
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, test certificates, and project handover documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical, plumbing, fire and life safety, environmental, and building regulations.
- Participate in project coordination meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
- Support the Project Manager in MEP planning, cost control, resource planning, and project execution.
- Ensure proper coordination between MEP services and architectural finishes to minimize rework and maintain project quality.
