Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage a sales team handling Gurgaon real estate projects
· Drive sales for projects by M3M, Signature Global, Ashiana, Omaxe, DLF, Godrej, Emaar, and other reputed builders
· Plan and execute sales strategies for residential & commercial properties
· Monitor team performance: calls, site visits, conversions & closures
· Handle high-value clients, negotiations, and final bookings
· Ensure strong follow-up discipline and CRM/MIS reporting
· Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and marketing teams
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Candidate Requirements:
· Proven 2–6 years of Gurgaon real estate sales experience
· Strong exposure to premium projects
· Team handling and leadership experience
· Excellent negotiation and deal-closing abilities
Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Tuesday to Sunday)
Location: Sector 48, Gurgaon.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
