Talent Acquisition Executive – | Full-Time | Work From Office
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive with 1+ years of recruitment in manufacturing or relevant experience to manage end-to-end hiring across technical, sales, operations, and corporate functions.
Key Highlights:
- Handle complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, coordinate interviews, and manage offer rollouts.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, and talent pipelines.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to achieve recruitment targets.
Skills Required: End-to-end Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, MS Excel, Communication, Negotiation, Stakeholder Management.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field with 1+ years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience. Experience hiring for technical and corporate roles is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
