Role Description
- Must have experience in GDS (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre).
- Manage the entire range of flight ticketing functions for FIT and group travel with accuracy in fare constructions, timeliness in issue, changes and refunds.
- Minimize costs by utilizing series fares, private/contract fares, and published/negotiated inventories within airline fare rules and company SOPs.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in airline ticketing operations in travel agencies/OTAs/TMCs, including group bookings and series fare management.
* Desired: Certification or formal training in at least one GDS (Galileo/Amadeus/Sabre).
Important skills
- Negotiation and stakeholder management with Airline Zonal Heads.
- Accuracy under pressure; strong QA focus and SLA compliance.
- Good written/verbal communication skills, professional client management during change/disruption
