Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities, maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales targets for our manufacturing products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Visit customers, dealers, distributors, contractors and project sites regularly.
- Promote and sell company-manufactured products.
- Generate leads through market visits, references, cold calling and other sources.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for order processing.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, dispatches and payments.
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the management.
- Conduct regular market surveys and provide information about competitors, pricing and market trends.
- Maintain daily visit reports, customer records and sales reports.
- Travel within the assigned territory for business development and customer visits.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
- Ability to generate new leads and convert them into business.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and email.
- Willingness to travel for customer and market visits.
Performance Expectations
The selected candidate will be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets, expanding the customer base, generating new business and maintaining good customer relationships.
