Cath Lab Assistant – Job Profile
A Cath Lab Assistant works in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory and assists doctors, nurses, and technicians during cardiac procedures such as angiography, angioplasty, pacemaker implantation, and other interventional procedures.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare the Cath Lab before procedures
- Assist doctors during cardiac procedures
- Maintain sterile environment and infection control
- Prepare and handle instruments, catheters, and consumables
- Monitor and shift patients safely
- Assist in patient preparation and positioning
- Maintain records and procedure materials
- Clean and maintain Cath Lab equipment
- Coordinate with nursing staff and biomedical department
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of cardiac procedures
- Knowledge of sterile techniques
- Good communication and teamwork
- Ability to handle emergency situations
- Basic computer and documentation skills
Qualification
- Diploma / Degree in OT Technician, Cath Lab Technician, or related field
- Experience in Cath Lab preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
