Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates to join our sales team. This is a target-based salary role where employees are expected to achieve assigned monthly sales targets. Candidates with good communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contact potential customers through calls and explain our products/services.
2. Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
3. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
4. Follow up with interested customers and maintain strong relationships.
5. Update customer details and sales activities in the CRM/system.
6. Handle customer queries professionally and provide suitable solutions.
7. Coordinate with the team to improve sales performance.
8. Must have team management experience with the ability to lead, motivate, and monitor team performance to achieve business targets.
Requirements:
1. Minimum qualification: Any degree.
2. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
3. Good communication and convincing skills.
4. Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
5. Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
