Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products or services, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products and services clearly and answer customer questions.
- Generate new sales opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular customer communication.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or database.
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and strong interpersonal skills.
