Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students through calls, emails, and virtual/in-person meetings.
- Understand students’ educational background, career goals, and learning requirements.
- Provide accurate guidance on online degree programs, universities, course structure, and career opportunities.
- Assist students throughout the admission process, from enquiry to final enrolment.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets through effective counselling and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update lead details, follow-ups, and conversion status in CRM systems.
- Build strong relationships with students and provide an excellent counselling experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and online education developments.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
