Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) – Physics to teach students of Grades XI and XII (CBSE). The ideal candidate should possess excellent subject knowledge, strong classroom management skills, and the ability to inspire students while preparing them for CBSE Board Examinations and competitive exams like JEE/NEET.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Physics to Grades XI & XII as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Plan and deliver engaging, concept-based lessons with practical and digital teaching methods.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and maintain academic records.
- Conduct Physics practicals and ensure laboratory safety.
- Assess student performance and provide remedial support.
- Prepare students for CBSE Board Exams and competitive exams (JEE/NEET preferred).
- Participate in PTMs, school events, and departmental activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- M.Sc. in Physics from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. (Mandatory).
- CTET/TET qualification (Preferred where applicable).
- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school as a PGT Physics Teacher.
- Experience in teaching Classes XI & XII is mandatory.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Physics and the CBSE curriculum.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in Smart Boards, MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital teaching tools.
- Ability to explain concepts effectively and engage students.
- Good organizational, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
