Location: All Over Pune
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in fieldwork and sourcing. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting builders and developers, developing strategic partnerships, and establishing business tie-ups to support company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits across Pune to identify new business opportunities.
- Meet and build strong professional relationships with builders, developers, and potential business partners.
- Generate new sourcing opportunities and maintain a strong network within the real estate industry.
- Identify potential builders and projects for business tie-ups and collaborations.
- Coordinate and negotiate with builders and developers for strategic partnerships.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new business associates.
- Conduct market research to identify new projects, builders, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal sales and sourcing teams to support business requirements.
- Maintain regular reports of field visits, meetings, tie-ups, and business development activities.
- Achieve assigned business development and sourcing targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Business Development, Field Sales, Sourcing, or a related role.
- Knowledge and experience in fieldwork and sourcing are mandatory.
- Experience in meeting and coordinating with builders and real estate developers will be preferred.
- Own two-wheeler (Bike) is mandatory.
- Valid driving licence is preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively across all areas of Pune for field visits and meetings.
- Good communication, networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience and performance).
Location: Pune – Fieldwork across all areas of Pune.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
