Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Write compelling captions, scripts, reels content, video concepts, and promotional copies aligned with the brand voice.
- Present and communicate confidently in Tamil and English for videos, reels, and client-oriented content.
- Hindi speaking skills will be considered an added advantage.
- Assist in shooting and editing videos of ongoing projects, client interactions, site activities, and construction processes.
- Create relatable and visually appealing content that showcases Bilara Group’s vision, expertise, and project quality.
- Simplify construction and technical concepts into easy-to-understand videos, reels, graphics, and written content.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, hashtags, platform algorithms, and digital marketing practices.
- Coordinate with architects, site engineers, designers, and the marketing team to gather project updates and content ideas.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, project launches, and promotional activities.
- Ensure all content follows Bilara Group’s branding guidelines and quality standards.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- 0-3 years of experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of video shooting and editing tools will be an added advantage.
- Candidates willing to relocate to Kochi are preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
