Job Summary
The ESG Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the company’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) services and sustainability initiatives. The role involves client engagement, business development, market research, proposal preparation, and coordination with internal technical teams to support ESG-related projects and consulting services.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote ESG consulting, sustainability, environmental, and compliance-related services to clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships.
- Conduct market research on ESG trends, sustainability regulations, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with technical teams for preparation of proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Support ESG branding, digital marketing, and awareness campaigns.
- Prepare marketing materials, client presentations, and business proposals.
- Attend client meetings, industrial visits, seminars, and sustainability events.
- Maintain customer databases and follow up on leads and inquiries.
- Assist in preparing ESG-related documentation and sustainability communication materials.
- Achieve sales and business development targets assigned by management.
Required Skills
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of ESG, sustainability, environmental compliance, or CSR concepts.
- Marketing and business development skills.
- Ability to prepare reports and presentations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Sustainability, or related fields.
- MBA candidates with sustainability specialization are preferred.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, environmental services, or marketing-related roles.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in sustainability may also apply.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
