Job Summary
We are looking for a Panel Wiring Technician with 0–5 years of experience in electrical control panel wiring for SPM (Special Purpose Machines) and industrial automation systems. Freshers with relevant ITI/Diploma qualifications are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and understand electrical wiring drawings and schematics.
- Perform control panel wiring, power wiring, and field wiring.
- Assemble electrical components such as MCBs, contactors, relays, SMPS, PLC I/O modules, terminal blocks, and VFDs.
- Route, label, and terminate cables as per electrical standards.
- Install and connect sensors, limit switches, solenoid valves, motors, and control devices.
- Perform continuity checks and basic electrical testing.
- Troubleshoot wiring issues and rectify faults.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams for smooth panel assembly.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of electrical panel wiring and control circuits.
- Ability to read electrical drawings.
- Familiarity with PLC panels, VFDs, HMI, and control components.
- Experience using electrical hand tools and testing instruments (multimeter, insulation tester).
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of industrial automation systems.
Qualification
- ITI (Electrician/Wireman) or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics.
- Freshers with technical knowledge can apply.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in SPM, machine building, automation, or control panel manufacturing.
- Knowledge of panel assembly and field wiring is an added advantage.
