Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Associate (Fresher) to support our marketing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience to gain hands-on exposure across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search platforms
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media channels
- Support basic SEO activities such as keyword research and on-page optimization
- Monitor website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics
- Assist in managing paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads)
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
- Help maintain and update website content
- Collaborate with team members on marketing initiatives and campaigns
Qualifications:
- 10+2 or Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing final year) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 0–1 year of experience (freshers are encouraged to apply)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, email marketing)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills (Optional):
- Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Canva, or social media platforms
- Basic knowledge of content writing or graphic design
- Certification in digital marketing (a plus, not mandatory)
