Role Summary:
A seasoned academic leader responsible for providing strategic guidance on academic planning, faculty development, quality assurance, accreditation, student success initiatives, and institutional growth. Leverages extensive experience in higher education administration to strengthen academic excellence and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise management on academic policies, curriculum planning, and institutional development.
- Mentor principals, academic heads, and faculty members.
- Support accreditation, compliance, and quality assurance processes.
- Review and improve teaching-learning practices and academic outcomes.
- Assist in faculty recruitment, training, and performance development.
- Guide student engagement, discipline, and academic support initiatives.
- Contribute to strategic planning and educational innovation.
Preferred Profile:
- Retired Principal/Vice Principal/Academic Head from a recognised college or university.
- Strong knowledge of higher education regulations and accreditation standards.
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
- Passion for academic excellence and institutional development.
Experience: 15+ years in higher education leadership roles.
