Key Responsibilities
- Appointment Management: Schedule, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments and make confirmation calls for the following day.
- Patient Support & Inquiry: Address inbound queries regarding doctor availability, hospital departments, treatment costs, and health packages.
- Outbound Outreach: Follow up with patients for preventive health check-ups, missed appointments, or post-operative care.
- Feedback Collection: Gather post-discharge or post-consultation feedback to improve hospital service quality.
- Record Keeping: Log all interactions into the hospital's CRM or database while ensuring patient confidentiality and privacy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in local languages (e.g., Hindi, English, Rajasthani) with a highly empathetic and patient tone.
- Healthcare Knowledge: Basic understanding of medical terminology and hospital services is preferred.
- Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office, basic data entry, and hospital management systems (HMS).
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle anxious callers, calm irate customers, and manage urgent requests effectively.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
