We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and close new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, Upwork, email marketing, and cold outreach
- Identify and qualify potential clients
- Schedule meetings and product demos with prospects
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Manage CRM and update sales activities regularly
- Coordinate with technical teams for project estimations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build long-term relationships with international clients
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Experience in IT services sales
- Lead generation and client acquisition
- Proposal writing
- CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.)
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Upwork or Freelancer

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT sales or business development
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
