Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns, promotional events, dealer engagement programs, and brand activation initiatives to enhance brand visibility and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute BTL marketing activities and brand activation initiatives.
Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and event partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs.
Organize and manage retailer engagement activities, exhibitions, trade events, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-event analysis and performance reports.
Collaborate with the sales team to support market development and business expansion initiatives.
Manage marketing collaterals, branding assets, and promotional merchandise.
Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and market trends.
Ensure timely implementation of marketing plans within approved budgets.
Maintain records of marketing activities and prepare MIS reports for management review.
Support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in BTL marketing and promotional activities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and the local language.
Excellent vendor management and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Willingness to travel as per business requirements.

Educational Qualification:
Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other relevant discipline.
