HiQ Weddings is a boutique wedding photography and cinematography company with nearly two decades of experience creating visual legacies for discerning families. We specialize in luxury weddings, destination celebrations, and premium visual storytelling.
We are looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive who can build relationships, generate quality leads, develop partnerships, and contribute to business growth.
This is not a desk job. We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, networking, creating opportunities, and representing a premium brand.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Generate qualified wedding and corporate leads.
- Build relationships with wedding planners, venues, decorators, makeup artists, and other industry partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic collaborations.
- Attend networking meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
Sales & Client Management
- Handle incoming inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Conduct consultations with couples and families.
- Present services, prepare quotations, and assist in closing bookings.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Marketing Support
- Coordinate social media activities and promotional campaigns.
- Assist with content planning and marketing initiatives.
- Support brand-building activities and collaborations.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
Performance Expectations
- Generate qualified leads consistently.
- Secure 20 or more quality consultations each month.
- Contribute towards monthly bookings of ₹25–40 lakhs.
- Build a strong referral and partnership network.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, luxury services, weddings, hospitality, or premium brands.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Fluency in Tamil.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Experience dealing with affluent clients is preferred.
- Knowledge of Canva and digital marketing.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own vehicle.
- Well-groomed, confident, and professional in appearance and conduct.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Weekend availability may occasionally be required depending on client meetings and events.
Incentives
In addition to the fixed salary, attractive performance-based incentives will be offered based on bookings and business generated.
