Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to manage after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with technicians for service and installation, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide after-sales supportto the customers for product service and installation by coordinating with the technicians.
- Handle customer queries and complaints through calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule and align technicians for service requests and installations.
- Conduct post-service and post-installation follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, service requests, and resolutions.
- Ensure prompt closure of service requests within defined timelines.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance brand experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- 1+ year of prior experience in customer service or after-sales support is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
