Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Information Lead Technical Recruiter. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting for IT positions such as developers, engineers, systems architects, and project managers. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for creating job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, negotiating salaries, and extending job offers. This is an on-site role located in Gurugram, India.

Qualifications
- lead Technical Recruiter and IT Recruitment skills
- #JAVA, #SAP, #AWS hiring experience.
- Previous experience with US Staffing will be preferred.
- Team member, disciplined, consistent performer.
- Experience in full-life cycle recruiting for Information Technology positions.
- Hiring skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven track record in recruiting top talent in the IT industry.
- Experience working with international teams and clients is a plus.
