Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Account Manager – Amazon.in to manage and grow seller accounts on Amazon Marketplace. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about ecommerce, seller account management, and marketplace operations. Freshers with strong learning ability and interest in ecommerce are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and performance of seller accounts on Amazon.in
- Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities for seller growth and revenue improvement
- Onboard new sellers and guide them on Amazon policies, tools, and best practices
- Optimize product listings, pricing, inventory, and advertising for better visibility and conversions
- Monitor account health metrics such as Order Defect Rate, Cancellation Rate, Late Dispatch Rate, and A-to-Z claims
- Resolve operational issues related to payments, logistics, and product listings
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns including Deals, Lightning Deals, and Sponsored Ads
- Coordinate with internal teams (Advertising, Category, and Operations) for smooth execution
- Prepare reports and share performance insights with sellers
- Build strong seller relationships to improve retention and satisfaction
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
- 0–3 years of experience in Ecommerce Account Management / Seller Support / Marketplace Operations (Amazon.in)
- Freshers with strong communication and willingness to learn can apply
- Good understanding of Amazon Seller Central and marketplace policies (preferred)
- Basic to advanced knowledge of MS Excel and analytical skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Amazon Ads (PPC), SEO, and catalog optimization
- Knowledge of FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) models
- Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
