The Assembly Engineer is responsible for supporting assembly operations, ensuring product quality, achieving production targets, and improving assembly processes. The role involves coordinating with production teams, troubleshooting assembly issues, and maintaining efficient workflow on the shop floor.

Monitor and support daily assembly operations.

Ensure products are assembled according to specifications and quality standards.

Interpret engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and technical documents.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Maintenance teams.

Identify and resolve assembly-related issues on the shop floor.

Monitor production output and assist in achieving daily targets.

Conduct quality checks and reduce defects and rework.

Prepare production reports and maintain assembly records.

Support continuous improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

1–5 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production operations.

Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience may also be considered.
