Key Responsibilities
-Visit book shops, distributors, wholesalers, coaching institutes, and schools regularly
-Generate new business opportunities in assigned territory
-Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
-Ensure proper book availability and visibility at retail counters
-Collect orders and coordinate with dispatch/logistics team
-Develop relationships with dealers, retailers, and institutional buyers
-Promote newly launched books and seasonal titles
-Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis
-Recover payments and maintain outstanding control
-Share daily visit reports and sales updates with management
-Participate in book fairs, exhibitions, and promotional activities
-Identify demand trends for competitive exam and academic books
Required Skills
-Strong communication and negotiation skills
-Knowledge of book trade / publishing market preferred
-Ability to travel extensively within territory
-Good relationship-building skills
-Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
-Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
Pay: ₹15,695.07 - ₹25,000.00 per month
