**Job Title: Business Development Manager(BDM)**

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets.
- Identify new markets, distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
- Generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and field activities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, dealers, and key stakeholders. Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations. Coordinate with marketing, production, and support teams for smooth execution.
- Maintain accurate sales data, MIS, and reports using CRM tools.
- Achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly revenue targets
**Qualifications:**
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
- **Experience:** 3 -5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- **Skills:**
- Strong understanding of sales and business development principles.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
