About the Role
We're hiring a seasoned sales professional with deep expertise in selling Document Management System (DMS) solutions to enterprise clients. This is an outbound-driven role for someone who already has the network, the relationships, and the hunter's instinct to open doors and close deals. If you know the DMS space inside out and have a track record of bringing in enterprise business, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do
- Drive outbound sales of DMS solutions to enterprise clients
- Leverage your existing network and relationships to generate and convert opportunities
- Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and closure
- Build and nurture a strong pipeline of enterprise accounts
- Help build and lead the sales effort as we scale
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of proven experience selling Document Management Systems (DMS)
- A strong existing network and relationships within the enterprise client segment
- Outbound sales expert — confident in prospecting, cold outreach, and self-sourcing leads
- A genuine go-getter who takes ownership and consistently delivers on targets
- Ability to bring in sales independently and contribute to building a high-performing team
- Immediate availability is a strong plus

This role requires specific, hands-on experience in selling DMS solutions to enterprise clients. General software or sales experience alone won't be a fit — we're looking for domain expertise and an established network in this space.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
