In this field-intensive role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for visiting retail outlets, distributors, or direct consumers within your assigned local territory. Your primary goal will be to introduce our products/services, build strong merchant relationships, and drive daily sales volume. Key Responsibilities Territory Mapping: Cover assigned geographical areas and sectors in Lucknow daily to identify new retail outlets, businesses, or customers. Sales & Distribution: Pitch company products/services effectively, handle customer objections, and close sales orders on the spot. Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen business relationships with existing clients to secure repeat orders and ensure high brand loyalty. Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, pricing structures, and demand trends in the Lucknow market, reporting back to the Sales Manager. Reporting: Update daily sales logs, order sheets, and visit trackings via the company's reporting app or manual logs. Payment Collection: Ensure timely collection of payments against delivered orders and coordinate smooth product delivery. Requirements & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BCA, B.Tech, etc.). Skills: Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills in Hindi (fluency in English is a plus but not mandatory). Assets: Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and a valid Android smartphone for daily field routing. Traits: High energy, self-motivated, comfortable with field travel, and capable of working toward monthly sales targets. Locality: Good knowledge of Lucknow’s geography and commercial local markets (e.g., Hazratganj, Aminabad, Gomti Nagar, Alambagh, Chowk) is highly preferred.
