We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience in high-volume BPO hiring to join our growing team. If you are passionate about talent acquisition and can independently manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Handle offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain hiring reports.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience while meeting hiring targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in BPO hiring.
- Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
