Role Description The Ecommerce + Digital Marketing role is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad. The role involves managing online product listings, optimizing content and images, and maintaining accurate information across ecommerce platforms. The team member will execute digital marketing campaigns, monitor online sales performance, analyze traffic and conversion data, and coordinate promotions to increase visibility and revenue. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, collaborating with sales and operations teams, ensuring timely order processing, and identifying opportunities to enhance the online customer experience. The role also requires staying updated on ecommerce trends and competitor activities to support continuous improvement in online strategy.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong E-Commerce and Sales skills to manage online listings, drive conversions, and support revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret performance metrics, track campaign effectiveness, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing, online marketplaces, or ecommerce operations in consumer or healthcare products is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in MS Excel and basic ecommerce tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Faridabad, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
