We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Claims Processor to join our operations team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to build a career in the insurance and healthcare claims domain. You will be responsible for reviewing claim documents, validating information, maintaining records, and supporting the claims adjudication process.
- Review and process health insurance claims accurately and efficiently.
- Verify claim documents, hospital records, and supporting information.
- Maintain claim records and update information in internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim-related queries.
- Prepare reports and track claim processing status.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate exceptions when required.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
