Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist with expertise in generating large volumes of qualified B2B leads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, researching, and verifying potential shippers and business decision-makers across the U.S. and Canada. This role requires strong research skills, proficiency with lead generation tools, and the ability to consistently meet lead generation targets while maintaining high data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate high-volume, verified B2B leads based on the company's target industries.
- Research and identify potential shippers, manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, importers, exporters, and other businesses requiring freight transportation services.
- Build prospect lists containing key decision-makers, including logistics managers, supply chain managers, operations managers, procurement managers, directors, founders, and CEOs.
- Collect and verify contact details such as business email addresses, phone numbers, company websites, and LinkedIn profiles.
- Use various lead generation platforms and databases to source accurate prospect information.
- Maintain clean, organized, and up-to-date lead databases in CRM systems and spreadsheets.
- Segment leads based on industry, company size, location, shipping volume, and business type.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets while maintaining high data quality.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand campaign requirements and optimize lead quality.
- Continuously identify new lead sources and improve lead generation strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in lead generation, web research, data mining, or B2B prospecting.
- Experience generating bulk verified leads for B2B sales teams.
- Strong internet research and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve daily productivity targets.
