- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
- Handle HR policies, attendance, payroll coordination, and performance reviews
- Oversee daily agency operations and process improvements
- Ensure smooth coordination across teams and departments
- Manage vendor relationships, admin, and office operations
- Support leadership with workforce planning and operational efficiency
Required Candidate Profile:
- 2–3 years of experience in HR and/or operations
- Strong organizational and people management skills
- Good understanding of HR processes and compliance
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, or HRMS platforms
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
