Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve loan product targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote loan products.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Manage customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing efforts.
- Analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to refine strategies.
- Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to management.
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the financial
- services sector ( Field work experience)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of loan products and financial services sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
