Job Responsibilities:
* Build the most trusted drone spraying network in the region.
* Generate profitable business from sugar mills, cooperatives, FPOs and progressive farmers.
* Lead and inspire large field teams consisting of drone pilots, vehicle operators and supervisors.
* Ensure every drone is commercially utilized and every commitment is executed flawlessly.
* Own the profitability and growth of the region like an entrepreneur.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
