Roles:
- Should have an experience in Electrical Control panel design, Cable Scheduling for Projects (PLC panel, Power panel, Control Panel, Field Devices, Sensors, Field Instrumentation)
- Knowledge and compliance with IS codes/ IEC standards for electrical designing.
- To carryout preventive maintenance of equipment’s as per the preventive maintenance schedule.
- Addressing the all Preventive data in the SAP & maintain the history card to utilized the shift time.
- To ensure real time basis shutdown maintenance on ground level & complete it within a time bound program.
- Trouble shooting of process mechanical equipment’s & health check-up with data collection.
- To ensure monthly mechanical maintenance chart are ready and shift wise manpower deployment as per the given shift plan.
- Ensure required machine availability in the plant for smooth running of the production lines by coordination of the production personal as per the plan.
- To ensure that yearly and half yearly plan & calendar should be display on the sub assembled m/c, Equipments & update the same as per the schedule completion.
- Submit the routine maintenance check reports/ log book on next level & give the shift feedback accordingly
- To ensure the proper handover & takeover for in each shift.
- Maintain the list of m/c spare list as critical & non critical & review time to time on the addition of plant, m/c, & equipment.
- Deployed a suitable task to shift manpower on the availability (if all shift planed task is completed) in shift to utilize the proper manpower.
- Ø Timely Material allotment to carry the Preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance & predictive maintenance for shift manpower.
- To ensure the utilization of advance technical skills to install, maintain and repair Hot Press, Dryer, Automatic cutting machine, Film Wrapping machine, stripping machine.
- To ensure the utilization of advance technical skills to install, maintain and repair Chemical Reactors, Hot water pumps, conveyors, rotating equipment, Blower, Dust Collectors, Vacuum Pumps but are not limited to mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulics, Cutter etc.
- Assure all safety devices are properly in place and utilized, Lockout/Tagout procedures are adhered to, PPE is worn correctly at all times, and reporting of any near-misses, injuries, or accidents occurs immediately.
Responsibility’s:
- Responsible for planning, coordination, and control of efficient maintenance execution of all Electrical Installations and activities
- Ensures completion of electrical maintenance jobs with the highest level of quality, safety, and effectiveness at minimum cost to maximize equipment availability
- To be responsible for the identification of the health Hazards associated with area of working and ability to evaluate the impact of risk. And implement the plan to segregate the risk by using the PPE’s, safety equipment’s, LOTO/LOTO permit, work permit, SOP’s.
- To be responsible for imparting training awareness program related to occupational risks, IMS, Quality objective.
- To ensure the adjustment of the repaired Item job worked item in store inventory through ERP with proper specification to shown the item in stock inventory.
- Ensure root cause analysis is conducted within defined cycle time in case of breakdowns & given the suggested feedbacks to implement the CAPA.
- To be responsible for imparting of kaizen & 5S as per the suggested team in different types of Kaizen & 5S activity
- Responsible for ensuring compliance of all production activities with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company policies, procedures and goals production schedules.
- To ensure proper monitoring of deviation and corrective action to check the effectiveness of the M/c & equipment as suggested for deviation
Required:
- Education / Qualification: Should have bachelor's diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Should have 04 to 07 + year Experience in Electrical Maintenance Department.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
