Role Summary
The Front Office & Administration Executive is responsible for managing the organization's front office operations while providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of daily office activities. The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a customer-focused approach to create a positive experience for visitors, employees, and business associates.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office Management
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain the visitor register and issue visitor passes as per company policy.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure meeting rooms are prepared for scheduled meetings.
- Handle courier services, incoming and outgoing mail, and document dispatch.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain office records, files, and administrative documents.
- Procure and monitor office stationery, pantry supplies, and other administrative requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, housekeeping, security, and facility management.
- Maintain asset records and assist in inventory management.
- Support travel bookings, accommodation, and transportation arrangements when required.
- Ensure office cleanliness and workplace readiness.
HR & Employee Support
- Coordinate interview scheduling and assist candidates during the recruitment process.
- Support employee onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee attendance records and assist with administrative HR activities.
- Coordinate employee ID cards, access cards, and seating arrangements.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain confidential administrative records.
- Prepare reports related to office administration.
- Ensure compliance with company administrative procedures and safety guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Front Office, Administration, or Reception.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
