Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 5-7 years in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support the Logistics Manager in implementing process improvements and achieving logistics performance targets.
- Coordinate daily transportation and dispatch activities for feed, raw materials, chicks, eggs, birds, and other operational requirements.
- Ensure timely vehicle placement and monitor vehicle movement to support uninterrupted operations.
- Liaise with transporters, vendors, farms, hatcheries, feed mills, and warehouses for smooth logistics execution.
- Monitor dispatch schedules and resolve day-to-day transportation issues to minimize delays.
- Verify logistics documents, transporter bills, e-way bills, and dispatch records for accuracy.
- Track freight expenses, vehicle utilization, and delivery performance, and share reports with the Logistics Manager.
- Ensure compliance with biosecurity, safety, and transportation guidelines during material movement.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong coordination, planning, and transporter/vendor management skills.
- Good knowledge of logistics documentation, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
- Problem-solving ability with effective communication and follow-up skills.
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
