Pre School - Centre head / Manager will take care of setting up pre schools and Centre network, we are looking for an experienced, certified Centre Manager to lead operations, admissions, training, recruitment, and new-centre set-up.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
This is a full-spectrum, hands-on leadership role spanning admissions, operations, training, recruitment, and new-centre launches.
1. Preschool Admissions Management
▸ Own the end-to-end admissions funnel — inquiry, walk-in, counselling, enrolment, and closure.
▸ Set and track admissions targets for each centre; conduct daily reviews with admission counsellors.
▸ Design and execute local-area marketing (LAM) activities — parent meets, school tours, community outreach.
▸ Maintain the CRM / admissions tracker and report weekly conversion metrics to the Founders.
▸ Handle parent objections, fee negotiations, and scholarship discussions with confidence.
2. Centre Operations & Quality
▸ Oversee day-to-day operations of the preschool centre — ensuring safety, cleanliness, and a high-quality learning environment.
▸ Ensure the centre runs in full compliance with the Ignify Pre School SOP, brand standards, and Nurture360™ curriculum framework.
▸ Monitor teacher attendance, classroom delivery quality, and student progress on a daily basis.
▸ Manage vendor relationships, stationery, materials, and facility upkeep.
▸ Prepare and submit monthly operations reports, fee collection summaries, and centre health dashboards.
3. Teacher Training & Curriculum Delivery
▸ Train pre-primary teachers on the Nurture360™ curriculum — activity-based learning, circle time, thematic planning, and developmental assessments.
▸ Conduct regular classroom observations and provide structured feedback to teachers.
▸ Organise monthly in-house training sessions on pedagogy, child safety, and parent communication.
▸ Support new-centre launches by training the founding teacher team before Day 1.
▸ Identify training gaps and co-develop remedial plans with the Ignify academic team.
4. Recruitment & Team Building
▸ Lead hiring for centre-level roles — pre-primary teachers, assistant teachers, and support staff.
▸ Screen candidates for ECC qualifications, classroom temperament, and cultural fit with Ignify's values.
▸ Coordinate with the Founders on offer letters, onboarding, and probation reviews.
▸ Maintain a talent pipeline for future centres and seasonal hiring surges.
5. New Centre Set-Up & Franchisee Support
▸ Lead the end-to-end set-up of new Ignify Pre School centres — layout planning, classroom design, signage, and materials procurement.
▸ Brief and coordinate vendors (furniture, learning materials, branding, IT) against the Ignify Pre School set-up checklist.
▸ Support franchisee owners through the pre-launch phase — from centre readiness to first-day operations.
▸ Ensure all new centres are inspection-ready and compliant with local authority requirements before opening.
▸ Conduct a post-launch review at 30 and 60 days and flag gaps to the Founders.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
▸
ECC Certification is mandatory — candidates without an Early Childhood Care qualification will not be shortlisted.
▸
Minimum 3 years of experience in preschool management, early childhood education, or centre operations.
▸
Demonstrated experience in preschool admissions — managing targets, counselling parents, and closing enrolments.
▸
Hands-on experience in curriculum delivery and teacher training at the pre-primary level.
▸
Prior experience in preschool / centre set-up or franchise support is a strong advantage.
▸
Strong communication skills — confident with parents, teachers, vendors, and leadership.
▸
Organised and data-driven — comfortable with daily trackers, MIS reports, and targets.
▸
Willing to travel locally within Mumbai and occasionally outstation for new-centre launches.
▸
Self-starter mindset suited to a fast-moving start-up; comfortable with ambiguity and initiative.
