About Us
Gavi Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is an Electrical EPC company specializing in HT/LT Electrical. We are expanding our government tender division and are looking for an experienced professional who can independently manage the complete tendering process.
Job Responsibilities-
- Search and identify suitable Government tenders from CPPP, GeM, Railways, CPWD, PWD, UPPCL, DDA, MES and other e-tender portals.
- Identify applicable exemptions (MSME, MSE, EMD, Turnover, Experience, Startup, etc.).
- Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria and technical specifications.
- Prepare complete technical and commercial bids.
- Prepare BOQs, quotations, cost estimates and commercial calculations.
- Coordinate with vendors and OEMs for quotations and authorization letters.
- Maintain and regularly update the company's Master Rate Sheet for materials and labour.
- Prepare bid documentation, declarations, affidavits and compliance sheets.
- Upload tenders independently on various e-procurement portals.
- Track corrigendums, pre-bid meetings, clarifications and bid deadlines.
- Coordinate with management for pricing approval and final submission.
- Maintain records of submitted, won and lost tenders along with analysis.
Required Skills-
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Government Tendering.
- Strong experience with Electrical EPC tenders.
- Thorough knowledge of CPPP, GeM, Railways and other Government e-tender portals.
- Ability to prepare quotations, BOQs and commercial estimates independently.
- Good understanding of HT/LT electrical materials including cables, transformers, VCBs, RMUs, LT Panels, MCCBs, MCBs, Earthing Materials, Jointing Kits and allied items.
- Good knowledge of current market pricing and vendor coordination.
- Strong understanding of Government tender documentation and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary & Benefits-
- Salary Range: ₹25,000 to 35,000 per month (based on experience and capability).
- Performance Incentive:
- ₹5,000 for every profitable tender up to ₹25 lakh successfully awarded and accepted by the company.
- ₹10,000 for every profitable tender above ₹25 lakh successfully awarded and accepted by the company.

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who can independently manage the complete tender lifecycle—from identifying the right opportunities to preparing quotations, coordinating with vendors, submitting bids and ensuring full compliance. The candidate should be proactive, commercially aware and capable of adding immediate value to the company's tendering operations.
